These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Brewology, operated by [Legal business name], [Registered business address] (“Brewology”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Our products
Brewology sells freshly extracted, cold-crashed espresso in spout pouches and glass bottles, made in small batches in our home kitchen in Mumbai. Our products are perishable food:
- Refrigerate (0–5 °C) as soon as you receive them and consume within 7 days, by the best-before date on the pack.
- They contain caffeine and are not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people sensitive to caffeine.
- Product photos are illustrative; colour and crema vary naturally from batch to batch.

2. Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). The total shown at checkout, including any refundable bottle deposit and delivery charge, is the full amount you pay. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. We may change prices at any time, but never for an order you have already paid for.
3. Orders, pre-orders and daily plans
The minimum order is 420 ml (for example 7 × 60 ml pouches). Pre-orders placed before 9 November 2026 are delivered from that date. A daily plan is one delivery a day for 7 consecutive days, paid upfront at 10% off; how to pause, skip or cancel it is set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Your order is confirmed once your payment succeeds and you see the confirmation screen. If we cannot fulfil an order (for example, an address outside our delivery area or an ingredient shortage), we will tell you and refund you in full.
4. Delivery, cancellations and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, and cancellations, refunds and the bottle deposit by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Website content
The Brewology name, logo, photography, text and design on this website belong to us and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction over any dispute.
