Where we deliver
We currently deliver within Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai: addresses with a PIN code starting 400. Checkout only accepts these PIN codes. We do not ship elsewhere in India or internationally yet.
When it arrives
Pre-orders are delivered from 9 November 2026. After that, orders placed by [order cutoff time] are pulled fresh at 8 am the next day and delivered the same day between 8 am and 10 pm. Orders placed after the cutoff move one day later. We confirm your delivery by phone or WhatsApp.
Minimum order
The minimum order is 420 ml, for example 7 × 60 ml pouches. Sizes and roasts can be mixed.
Daily plans
A daily plan delivers one item a day for 7 consecutive days, starting on your first delivery day, within the same 8 am – 10 pm window.
Delivery charges
Delivery is currently free. If a delivery charge ever applies, it is shown at checkout before you pay.
How it travels
Your espresso is delivered chilled in insulated packaging. Please refrigerate it (0–5 °C) as soon as it arrives; it keeps for up to 7 days, by the best-before date on the pack.
Receiving your order
Please make sure someone is available at the address you gave. If a delivery fails, see “Missed deliveries” in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
